Shipping & Handling
Shipping costs are not refundable except for damaged shipments that are covered by the shipping company; any other returns or reshipments are to be paid for by the customer. This is standard policy for all mail orders.
We ship USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 3 to 4 days depending upon location and includes Saturday delivery. USPS Express Mail takes 1 or 2 days depending upon location and includes Saturday delivery.

Return Policy
Merchandise damaged during shipping is insured. Damaged shipments are to be reported to Masks and Make-Believe as soon as the shipment is received and examined. Instructions for returns will be included in your shipment.
Except for special orders involving your own color combinations, all of the items that you purchase from Masks and Make-Believe can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Masks cannot be returned if they are have any signs of wear or if there is make-up or other damage to the interior or exterior of the mask. After 7 days of you receiving your shipment there will be a 25% restocking charge.
Sales Tax
Four percent (4%) tax is added to all shipments within Louisiana.
